Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Bistro 1 website and your reservation or dining experience at Bistro 1, located at 27 Frith Street, Soho, London W1D 5LE. By using our website or making a booking, you agree to these terms.

Reservations

• Reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by the restaurant.
• We recommend booking in advance, especially for pre-theatre dining, weekends and larger parties.
• If you are running late, please call us on 020 7734 6204. We may release your table if you are more than 15 minutes late and we have not heard from you.
• For parties of 6 or more, a pre-order or deposit may be required. Please contact us to discuss.

Cancellations

We understand plans change. If you need to cancel or amend your booking, please let us know as soon as possible. For large groups or special events, cancellation terms may apply and will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Pricing and payments

• All menu prices and offers are as published on the website or menu and are subject to change without notice.
• Prices include VAT at the applicable rate unless otherwise stated.
• A service charge may be added to bills for larger parties. This will be clearly shown on your bill.
• We accept most major debit and credit cards, as well as cash.

Allergies and dietary requirements

We take food allergies and dietary requirements seriously. Please inform a member of staff of any allergies, intolerances or special dietary needs when you arrive, and we will do our best to accommodate you. Our menu may contain allergens; please ask for details if you are unsure. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee that any dish is completely free from traces of allergens.

Behaviour and dress code

We want every guest to enjoy their visit. We reserve the right to refuse service or ask guests to leave if their behaviour is disruptive, abusive or affects the comfort of other diners. Smart-casual attire is welcome.
