Extremely good value. The staff are welcoming, cheerful and very well presented, the service is something that you would hope for in a much more expensive establishment. The food is really good and fresh with generous portions.

I can recommend the fish cakes, spinach and goat's cheese pancake, and pretty much everything else too. I can't recommend Bistro 1 enough.
